Mer-Krete Now Offers Mer-Stik™
Mastic Adhesive with Anti-Microbial Protection
Mer-Krete Systems has developed Mer-Stik™ a new revolutionary adhesive hybrid dry polymer mastic with built-in anti-microbial protection. Developed to enhance nearly all installations of ceramic tile, natural stone and glass tile; this quick-setting non-slump product allows the tile contractor to grout most tiles in less than four hours. Mer-Stik™ possesses excellent non-sag and bond strength features that are critical for large format tile and stone installations. It mixes easily and has exceptional workability characteristics; it is the ideal choice for a wide range of applications including wet areas such as bathroom showers. |

Sound Shield® 7000 SOUND
SUPPRESSION SYSTEM
Mer-Krete
Sound Shield 7000 is a fiber reinforced rubber sound suppressing mat and
crack isolation membrane incorporating a polyester fabric layer on each
side to enhance adhesive strength. Sound Shield 7000 is produced in 42"
x 48" sheets @ 1/8" thickness. Weight is approximately .75 lb/sq
ft.
Mer-Krete™
Fracture-Guard 740 Thin-Set CRACK
ISOLATION MORTAR
Fracture-Guard 740 is
a flexible, high performance polymer modified, portland cement based mortar.
Fracture-Guard 740 helps guard against substrate movement and reduces
the transference of cracks up to 1/8". When mixed with water, the
resultant thin-set mortar meets ANSI A-118.12 and ANSI A-118.4 requirements.
Fracture-Guard 740 displays excellent physical properties in adhesion,
maximum flexibility and reduced water absorption.
