CONSIDERATIONS FOR INSTALLATION:
When covering wood sheathing, wire or expanded reinforcing metal should be used.
When Underlay-L is applied in thick section (over 1") additional time should be allowed for curing.
Thick section fills are normally installed with a drier mix to enhance workability. In such cases, a wetting (“slurry”) coat MUST be applied PRIOR to the application of the underlayment.
Concrete should be free of dirt and laitence.
When used as thermal insulation in conjunction with Mer-Ko Weather Deck, consult a Mer-Krete representative for specifications.

INSTALLATION:
Underlay-L should be mixed as recommended by the manufacturer. Underlayment can be installed from the “needed thickness” down to a feather-edge. It can be installed over most clean, dry subsurfaces, and can usually be covered or used the following day.

AVAILABILITY:
It is recommended that trained contractors install this product. Contact factory for an installer located nearest you.
