PREPARATION
Before attempting to color your grout with Revive, test a small area first. Test for previously applied sealers by applying a few drops of water on the grout joint. If the water beads, a sealer is present and must be removed before application of Revive. New grout: Allow no less than 7 days curing time before application of Revive. All grouts: Surface must be dry, free of oil, grease, dirt, sealers, or any other contaminate. Protect porous tiles to ensure that the grout stain does not penetrate into the tile. Shake well before using. Pour a small amount of Revive into a container. Using a bristle or sponge brush, dip into stain and apply a thin coat to grout joint using a back and forth motion. Try to limit the amount of stain on the tile. Wipe off excess immediately with a damp terry cloth towel. Two or more application may be required depending on grout porosity and color.
Allow two hour between coats.

4 x 4 tile x 1/4" joint = Approx. 80 sq. ft.
6 x 6 tile x 1/4" joint = Approx. 90 sq. ft.
12 x 12 tile 1/4" joint = Approx. 125 sq. ft.

WARRANTY

Mer-Krete warrants that this product meets applicable ANSI standards in force at the time of manufacture. Mer-Krete will replace any product which proves defective due to quality of ingredients used or due to the manufacturing process itself. The warranty shall apply only if the product is installed and used strictly in accordance with applicable industry standards, specifications, and instructions provided by Mer-Krete. Mer-Krete shall not be liable for misapplication, misuse or abuse of the product, application or other event outside of its control. Replacement of defective product or, at Mer-Krete’s option, refund of the price of product of any defective item shall be the buyer’s sole remedy under this warranty. Mer-Krete shall in no event be liable for any damages in excess of the purchase price of the defective product. MER-KRETE SHALL IN NO EVENT BE LIABLE FOR ANY CONSEQUENTIAL, INCIDENTAL OR SPECIAL DAMAGES.

This warranty constitutes the sole and exclusive warranty given by Mer-Krete in connection with this product, and Mer-Krete has authorized no person to make or give any other warranties, or representations, oral or written, on its behalf. IN PARTICULAR, THERE ARE NO IMPLIED WARRANTIES, INCLUDING WITHOUT EXCEPTION, WARRANTIES, MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE. No modification of this warranty in favor of any buyer shall be valid unless given in writing and signed by an officer of Mer-Krete.

MAINTENANCE

Avoid scrubbing newly applied stain for 20 days. Do not use harsh cleaners. Mild soap and water should be all that is required.
