WATERPROOF & FIRE RETARDENT PEDRESTRIAN DECKING
A a multilayered latex mastic roofing system which is
trowel applied to a “floating” base sheet. This system provides
a slip resistant, waterproof walking surface that is isolated from substrate
cracks. Waterproof flashing for drains, vertical surfaces, thresholds,
as well as stress relief for thermal expansion are incorporated into
the system. The thickness is approximately 3/16"-1/4" (4.7
mm-6.35 mm) and presents few elevation problems at doors, landings,
steps, etc.

Shur Deck
WATERPROOF & FIRE RESISTIVE PEDESTRIAN DECK COVERING

is trowel applied over expanded metal lath. This system provides a slip
resistant, waterproof walking surface that is resistant to substrate
cracks. Waterproof flashing for drains, vertical surfaces, thresholds,
as well as stress relief for thermal expansion are incorporated into
the system. The thickness is approximately 1/8"-3/16" and
presents few elevation problems at doors, landings, steps, etc. in existing
structures.

Auto Deck
WATERPROOF
PARKING DECK SURFACING
Auto Deck is a trowel
applied rubber mastic roofing system that provides membrane waterproofing
together with a slip resistant urethane surface that provides protection
against petroleum based chemicals. Waterproof flashing for drains and
vertical surfaces is incorporated into the system. The thickness is
approximately 1/8" and presents few elevation problems at doors,
ramps, etc. in existing structures. Non-skid aggregates may be incorporated
in the Sealer coats. Consult manufacturer for details.

Hydro-Guard BG
BELOW GRADE WATERPROOF MEMBRANE
Hydro-Guard BG is
a non-fibrated, asphalt modified neoprene mastic that exhibits excellent
adhesion to damp surfaces. The cured film permits moisture vapor to
escape while remaining resistant to water penetration, thus preventing
blistering of the applied film. Exterior below grade surfaces can be
waterproofed by the application of two coats of Hydro-Guard BG at a
total coverage rate of 21/2 gallons per 100 square feet. It may be applied
over almost all sound, clean construction surfaces by airless spray,
brush, trowel or roller.
